This was fun, i use my first doodle as a Template. Made it into a grey scale and locked it. Than i use the pen tool to retrace all the shapes. Than i used the fill and stroke functions to vary line weight, and fill colors i also added a few extra strokes in some the the shape. I worked on one quadrant and than just duplicated it. The hardest part was working in layers and trying to place them in the correct order. so here it is

That's really cool. I like that it looks kind of like the Aztec calendar that was part of Deke's exercise but you can tell it's totally of your own design. I also really like the cracks in the outer circle. That's unique.
ReplyDeleteThe litle lines on the sides look like veins and almost make the whole thing look alive =) As a fan of symmetry, I liked this doodle =)
